She has a photographer's instinct for light, composition, and timing, shaped not by training alone but by years of showing up with a camera and paying close attention to the world around her.

That world, for Alexandra, has been a wide one. She has travelled broadly, bringing her camera to every destination and returning home with images that reflect the textures, people, and quiet details that most travellers walk past. Whether documenting a bustling market, a rural landscape, or a fleeting expression on a stranger's face, her travel work carries a documentary quality that is unhurried, observant, and deeply human.

Alexandra brings a richly layered background to her photography. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Media, Information and Technoculture from Western University, a foundation that sharpened her understanding of visual communication and the role images play in culture and meaning-making. She went on to earn a Master's in Education from McGill University and a Master of Teaching from OISE at the University of Toronto, a depth of academic preparation that speaks to her intellectual curiosity and her commitment to the craft. Today, she brings that same thoughtfulness into the classroom as a media studies teacher in an alternative high school, where her approach reflects both her creative sensibility and her genuine investment in people.
